Non-CAMRA Beer Festivals 2004 - 2007

Here are the details for some of the non-CAMRA beer festivals that have been advertised on our site during 2004 to 2007. Despite being unable to endorse these events, we believe that any beer festival that sells quality cask-conditioned real ales should be supported (see you there!). The information given here is purely for the benefit of readers, and is accurate to the best of our knowledge.

The Hatchet Inn, Sherfield English
Starting 5pm on Friday, the pub promises a range of 30 real ales plus cider. Live bands from 5 to 7 and 9 to 11 each evening. Food available either from the burger van or the marquee, or from the pub's own restaurant inside. Children's play area to keep the young ones out of mischief. Minstead, Hampshire. The Trusty Servant will be holding a beer festival as part of the Minstead Village Fete. There will be a choice of 10 guest ales and a barbeque that runs all day. IBM Club, Hursley Park, Hursley
The IBM Club will be holding a beer festival. Exact times to be confirmed. They will be serving their usual range of beers will be on - currently GFB, Ringwood Best, 6X plus a changing guest, plus another 6 festival beers, plus a couple of real ciders, plus a selection of bottled beers. A limited food menu will also be available.
Entry to the beer festival is free. There will be music and a raffle. There is a MG Owners Club meeting Sun lunchtime, so there may be some MGs parked around for people to look at!

The Waterloo Arms will be having its usual Spring Beer Festival at the beginning of May. The festival will start on Friday at 3pm. There will be a range of over 25 real ales and a barbeque. Children will unfortunately not be allowed anywhere in the pub during the course of the festival.

The Romsey Rugby Club is holding a beer festival with a range of 10 cask ales. The beer festival starts at 6pm and admission is £3. Entry cannot be guaranteed as this is a private club, requiring non-members to be signed in by a member. The event is sponsored by Brains Brewery, Cardiff. Live Music each Thursday and Saturday night and a Family Fun day on Saturday 20th August comprising of children's assault course, boot sale, barbeque and day time entertainment of the New Forest's own farming band: 'The Band With No Name'

The Royal Oak will be holding its annual Beer & Music festival. Over the course of the weekend there will be an extensive range of beers from 10 local breweries.
