Tues 20th Good Beer Guide Selection Meeting Fleming Arms,Swaythling – 8pm prompt start. Review of pub reports and vote on entries into the Good Beer Guide. Members Only, please bring membership card.
Fri 30th Keystone Brewery Visit – First S Hants Trip to the brewery. Depart Southampton Central Station 7pm (Toys R' Us Side). Includes a trip to the Village Freehouse, Salisbury. Returning sometime between 11 and 12pm TBA. Cost £20. TRIP NOW FULL, SORRY!

Thurs 5th - Sun 8th Bitter Virtue/ S Hants CAMRA Belgium Trip – Three nights of hotel accommodation in Brugge, visit to Zythos (Belgian National) Beer Festival at St Niklaas and additional brewery visit. Trip now full, sorry!
Sat 7th Winchester Walkabout Meet 11am winchester Railway Station. Walkabout to include Hyde Tavern "at least ten consecutive years in the Good Beer Guide" award presentation. Please note this is also a walking event and the distances between pubs could be anything up to one mile.Itinerary Subject to Change 11am Meet at Winchester rail station

Fri 10th Good Friday Beer Bus & Ballards Brewery Visit – A trip to Ballards brewery and at least four pubs on the route home. Cost £25 (including the cost of brewery visit). Departing Soton Central Station (Toys R Us side) at 10am. Please contact contact Alex for further details and booking.

Mon 25th Itchen Navigation Pub Walk – An annual stroll along the old Itchen Navigation tow path calling in on a few pubs on the way. Depart from Woodmill Bridge, Southampton at 9:30am, reaching The Black Boy, Winchester around 2:30pm. Usually a pub or two more then a curry. Sat 29th Triple fff Brewery Charity Open Day – 11am to 4pm.
The open day is for the charity Cardiac Rehab in Alton and Basingstoke. The main events through the day will be lots of free samples of all of the current Triple fff beers including Champion Beer of Britain 2008 "Alton's Pride" Also, live music, the largest curry in Hampshire cooked by Graham Trott himself and brewery tours conducted throughout the afternoon. The entry fee is £5 per person which gets you a Triple fff glass for your free samples. Please contact the brewery for more information.

Mon 31st Annual Informal Cricket knock-about and picnic – Southampton Sports Centre – 12 noon. Meet on the cricket pitch nearest the Dunkirk Road car park, or phone 07968 809291 to find out which pitch we've moved to. All standards welcome – yes we really mean this, no experience necessary. Everyone gets to bat and bowl. If it rains we'll retire somewhere dry for the picnic. Please contact Pete for this event.

Sun 6th Ballards Brewery Trip – A visit to Ballards Brewery, Nyewood, West Sussex for the launch of their seasonal beer, then a walk across fields or along roads with about 100 others to some of the local pubs serving Ballards beers. Mon 28th Christmas / New Year "getogether" and mailout preparation – Junction Inn, St Denys – from 6:00pm. The plan is to do the envelope stuffing for our January 2010 mailout before eating, playing pool & bar billiards... or just enjoying some real ales, before heading on to other local pubs later on.
