New for 2024 is a group of real ale socials.
Two of them are in regular venues, The Hour Glass, New Milton, and the Park Inn, Shirley, the other tours around Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
The Hour Glass is always the first Thursday of the month and Park Inn the second Thursday.

Flower Pots Pub of the Year Presentation Flower Pots Inn, Brandy Mount, Cheriton, SO24 0QQ A trip to Flower Pots to present a plaque/certificate for winning Southern Hampshire Pub of the Year 2026, plus a couple of certificates from Gosport Winterfest for their beers. We'll be catching the 67 bus departing Winchester Bus Station at 13:20 or if coming by train, get onto the bus at City Road bus stop (just past the Gurkha's Inn) at 13:25. March Branch Meeting Witch's Brew, 220 Shirley Road, Southampton, SO15 3FL Join us for the next Southern Hampshire CAMRA branch meeting held at Witch's Brew, Shirley Road @ 8pm We’ll be discussing what’s happening in the local area, any recent or upcoming changes from CAMRA HQ that affect the branch, and how you can get involved and contribute to the campaign. There’ll also be time for questions, ideas, and open discussion. Alongside the formal bits, it’s a great chance to catch up with like-minded drinkers and enjoy a quality pint (or four) in good company. Members and non-members welcome. | Fri 12th – Sat 13th | Winchester Beer and Cider Festival 2026 Winchester Beer & Cider Festival, University of Winchester Student Union, Sparkford Road, Winchester, SO22 4NR Back by popular demand for 2026, The Winchester Beer and Cider Festival will be held again at Winchester University Student Union. With up to 60 cask ales, 15 ciders/perries, 'craft' beer and bottled/canned beers, alongside a range of tasty food, soft drinks and entertainment. There are three sessions this year, with a new all day session on Saturday: Friday 27th June 11:30-16:00 - 'Quiet session' Friday 27th June 18:00-22:30 - Live music -'Rhythm City' Saturday 28th June 11:30-20:00 - Quiz & 'Quiet session' Tickets are £10 per Friday session or £12 for the all-day Saturday session, which includes a souvenir glass and festival programme (worth £3). Card carrying CAMRA members also receive £7 (Friday) or £9 (Saturday) of free drink tokens.
